🎯 Remember: speaking the same language does not mean that you can copy and paste your development strategy from one country to another.

A few years ago, I heard some of my American contacts express surprise at the difficulties they were having selling on the European market. Many saw Europe as a homogeneous territory. Yet, each country – even if it uses the same language to express itself or conduct business – has its own cultural, economic, and regulatory specificities.

Let’s bear this in mind: local adaptation is the key to international success.
