Artificial intelligence: state of play and outlook

👉Artificial intelligence is transforming our businesses and organizations. Its current capabilities are already impressive: automation of complex tasks, content generation (text, images, video), large-scale data analysis, virtual assistants, and even autonomous decision-making on specific subjects.

However, artificial intelligence remains a double-edged sword. While it may make for greater efficiency and open up new horizons (health, finance, industry, marketing, etc.), it also raises significant issues: the bias of algorithms, data protection, the impact on employment, and the need for human supervision.

The next few years are expected to be pivotal. We are seeing the emergence of more autonomous AIs, capable of self-improvement and of personalising their responses according to our needs. Multimodality (text, image, sound, video) will become the norm, making assistants even more powerful and intuitive. AI is also moving towards specialised uses, with models adapted to each sector.

❓Our challenge? Finding the right balance between innovation, ethics, and responsibility. AI is a tremendous lever for transformation… provided we keep people at the centre.
